[Eg-oversight-board] EOB meeting schedule

Hi Yamil,

Those entries came from the Evergreen Oversight Board Google calendar. I 
imagine that Galen or one of the other people with administrative access 
just needs to grant administrative access to some of the current EOB 
members, if they haven't done so already. According to 
http://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=website_administration, it 
looks like three people have admin access to the calendar now.
