[Eg-oversight-board] 2015 Evergreen Oversight Board Elections: Call for Nominations + Voter Registration

Hi Ben,

I have one follow-up question. Last year, the candidates were asked to
write a statement. See -
http://georgialibraries.markmail.org/thread/62mse57e4zse2q6y.

I believe we asked for the statements last year because it was a
contested race. We don't know if it will be a contested race again this
year, but since there is a quick turnaround time between the nomination
deadline and the voting dates, if we do need statements, it would be
good if they had some lead time to prepare them.

Is this something we should be asking them to do?

I apologize for not raising the question during yesterday's meeting, but
it didn't occur to me until this morning.

Kathy
