[Eg-oversight-board] 2015 Evergreen Oversight Board Elections: Call for Nominations + Voter Registration

Ah, thanks Kathy. I'll make a note to document the election process for next round - it can only get smoother ;)

So - two approaches I can see:

1. Ask nominees to submit a brief bio on the nomination deadline (May 1, giving all nominees 10 days before polls open to get their bios in)
2. Ask nominees to submit a brief bio as part of their nomination acceptance (via note to the general list soon'ish).

I'm easy - what do folks think - approach 1 or 2?
