[Eg-oversight-board] Courier costs

I was out of town last week, so just now catching up on email. I agree 
with Kathy that the shuttle is important, and I see no problem with 
shifting money to accommodate it.  We did discuss a possible fee for the 
shuttle. Is that still a possibility to help defray a portion of the 
service?
