[Eg-oversight-board] Courier costs

Hi all,

I would support a small fee to help defray the costs of the service. 
However, we need to think of a way to collect payment for the shuttle 
service. Maybe it's something we can handle through Eventbrite?

Do you have any thoughts on this Buzzy?
