[Eg-oversight-board] Position Statement

Hi again,
Galen and I were proof-reading the release and he had a good suggestion for
clarifying the presence and availability of the Safety Committee.
The wording that we would like to add is, "Members of the Evergreen Safety
Committee will be available at the conference to advocate for and assist
conference attendees, including accompanying attendees to and from the
conference venues."
I don't think that should be problematic for anyone but there it is for
your consideration.
The final copy of the press release is attached.
