[Eg-oversight-board] Conference refunds

Hi,
I had an action item to sort out the conference refund policy.  After
polling the last 3 conference sites, we certainly have a consensus in
policy and structure.

Full refunds, less a $30 processing fee, will be issued up to 50 days after
registration. Unfortunately we are unable to issue any refunds beyond 50
days after a registration. Four weeks prior to the start date of the
conference, we will be unable to offer any refunds.
Invoiced registrations are non-refundable.


There have not been more than 2 refunds requested for any conference to
date.
This is for individual registrations, sponsorships and exhibits are
non-refundable.

If doesn't sound like a reasonable policy, please speak up.  Otherwise it
will go into the newly revised conference documentation that is being
created by the Conference Committee.
