[Eg-oversight-board] North Carolina and the LGBT Community

Andrea and Yamil, I think you've rightly and succinctly pointed out the
potential issues in the EOB directly spearheading any fundraising or money
collection.  However, any individual in the community could certainly
spearhead a collection/campaign so long as they didn't use the Evergreen
logo in their efforts.
I will contact Tony shortly about speaking with the venue unless I hear
dissent...
