[Eg-oversight-board] Site Selection Committee 2019

[Kathy Lussier]

I just looked at previous communication, and I believe Chris Sharp, 
Debbie Luchenbill, and Beth Longwell also served on the site selection 
committee in previous years. Of course, Debbie had to recuse herself 
last year because MOBIUS was submitting a proposal.
