With apologies for the delay, this is done. The changes have been merged
into the master branch, and we’ll start following them for reimbursement
requests from here on out.

We’ve published the policy on our web site
<https://sfconservancy.org/projects/policies/conservancy-travel-policy.html>,
under the Projects section. I know the old presentation left something to
be desired, so this is the link you’ll probably want to send to project
participants (and read yourself!) from here on out.

Again, as PLCs, you are always allowed to impose additional limits on the
expenses you’ll reimburse, whether for specific expenses or as a general
policy. If you decide to do that, please just let us know by writing to
your project alias @sfconservancy.org.
