Tim,

That's really no problem.  If the total time extends past the conference
we'll just have to reprint any un-executed documents with the new Board
Chair in place, and perhaps have you sign a consent action document
(basically an affidavit for the corporate minute book) detailing the change
in officer.  People come and go, we can deal with that. :)
