[Eg-oversight-board] EOB Officer Election Results

All the votes have been cast.  It was tight election but we have elected
our Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary.  I think these positions will have to
transfer to the new positions when we become a non profit.

Chair - Mike Rylander
Vice Chair - Scott Thomas
Secretary - Terran McCanna
