[Eg-oversight-board] Follow up phone call with attorney

Scott,
I have no opinion on Wells Fargo, other than what's been on the news, but
seem to be cleaning up that act.  Interestingly, they don't seem to be
around here (but I'm not running for treasurer).  I would support your
recommendation.
