Thanks for those who participated in the poll! I'm glad you will be able to make it!

We have 3 dates and 3 potential attorneys to contact. Unfortunately, I now have a conflict on one of the dates. Will October 31st still work for everyone if I move the time to 3 PM?

Since Ron indicated a preference for firms, I will prioritize contacting those first. If we need to we, can pick a different date to offer the private practice. I will initiate contact with the firms tomorrow. If I hear back from them that our dates do not work, I will send out another poll.

I can certainly copy and paste the text of the document into an email. I planned to do that at least with the introduction, but I can include the questions as well. I changed the heading "Questions" to "Here is a list of our questions:"

I would also like to include a list of possible dates for a phone call with the initial contact. If we don't have any changes to make to the document (knowing that text will be sent along to the attorneys), I'll send out a Doodle poll so that anyone who wants to participate in the call indicate their availability.
