[Eg-oversight-board] Request/Question from Attorney

Hi all,

I apologize for not catching this before the meeting yesterday, but Mr.
Dilly had two items for us in his last email that I don't think have been
addressed yet:

1. He would like an update on the status of our 1023. I can provide this,
but I have a question. Yesterday, we agreed that we would give the SFC
until February 1st to approve the 1023 with Mr. Dilly's changes. Some of
these changes involve amending the bylaws. Does this mean we will wait
until after February 1st to approve the suggested amendments as well? I
believe that will have to happen before we officially file the 1023,
correct?

2. He reminded us that we will likely be responsible for our initial 990
tax return for 2018. I don't recall this being discussed previously. I
understand the bank account takes precedence, but thought I would bring
this to everyone's attention.
