[Eg-oversight-board] Outreach update

Good morning, I'm sending out the monthly outreach update in advance of the
board meeting.  In bullet form:


   - The annual report was distributed both in print and electronically to
   positive response.  Print versions of the annual report will also be taken
   to ALA annual to be given out to those interested there.
   - Chauncey Montgomery was the previous contributor of the month's.
   May's is in the pipeline but i don't know if the recipient has accepted it
   yet.
   - Several press releases are in the pipeline related to new core
   committers and board elections.
   - The ALA meetup is nearly here and we are reaching out to some members
   of the Koha community to see if they would like to participate with us.
   - Several videos of Evergreen community members were recorded at the
   conference for the "We are Evergreen" promotional project.  There is no
   timeline for editing and distribution yet but as time allows that will
   happen.
   - There was $466 in sales of merchandise.  Next year we will take more
   mugs and notebooks which sold well for the first time (at reduced price).
   - Twitter is now being updated once a day Monday-Friday with content
   queued up 2-3 weeks in advance.  Submissions of content are welcome from
   all quarters.
   - We are looking into the possible purchasing of "Ask Me About ___"
   buttons that can be written on with a marker.  We hope to have some pricing
   for discussion in the next few months with the goal of having some
   available for community use by next year's conference.
