Hi,

Please find the link to the financial report here:

https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=governance:financials:update_2019_05_16

This is the first report that attempts to combine information from accounts
held by SFC and MOBIUS. Items of note are:

   - On 2019-05-14 a checking account for The Evergreen Project was opened
with Wells Fargo with an initial balance of $100
   - Currently Galen Charlton is the signatory. Secretary Chris Sharp will
be added as a signatory next week, and arrangements will be made to add
      Anna Goben and Jason Boyer
      - As of 2019-05-16, Wells Fargo is continuing its
post-account-creation verification. They have a question about
the address
of MOBIUS as our agent; Galen is working on the issue
      - On 2019-05-15 an invoice in the name of The Evergreen Project was
sent by Galen to SFC. This invoice replaces one previously sent by MOBIUS
   (which SFC did not accept).
   - We will need to figure out with MOBIUS the best way for them to
continue to manage funds at the direction of the Evergreen Project, either
by adding a MOBIUS staff member as a signatory or by retaining the Commerce
checking account for holding working funds.
   - MOBIUS will be submitting an invoice to The Evergreen Project for
   professional services.
   - The bill from the Valley Forge Casino and Resort was paid on 5/10/2019.
   - Our ledger with SFC reflects no substantive changes since the January
   report.

Regards,

Galen
