[Evergreen-acq] D direct charges

We have one library that just started having the processing fees rolled
into the price for the line items on POs. They haven't gotten any invoices
since they made the change, though, so I don't know if the invoice would be
similar or if it would have the line items as the original price and then
the processing fees broken out at the bottom. I'll be interested to see
their invoices when they come in.
