[Evergreen-acq] Order sizes

Hi Tiffany

The biggest order I know of had ~449 line items.

I think on average the orders are around ~100 line items.

We have found that the more line items there are the longer it takes to 
work with the order (Uploading, Loading, Activation etc.) .

We have not run into a limit or order failures due to too many items.
