[Evergreen-acq] Order sizes

I don't think there's a limit but we try to keep ours around 100 items or less, because the longer the PO the slower it loads and there's no ability to sort POs or invoices by title which makes it harder to find what you need if your PO was not created in alphabetic order to begin with.

Good afternoon everyone,

Out of curiosity, how big are the orders that you're sending via EDI?
(Guesstimating.) Either the number of titles and/or total quantity. Have you found there to be a limit before your orders fail or you run into any problems?

Hi Tiffany

The biggest order I know of had ~449 line items.

I think on average the orders are around ~100 line items.

We have found that the more line items there are the longer it takes to work with the order (Uploading, Loading, Activation etc.) .

We have not run into a limit or order failures due to too many items.
