[Evergreen-acq] Split PO by line items

Tyler,

I've most often encountered that error when Evergreen can't place your
order onto the vendor's FTP site. That's usually been because:

1. There's a typo in your EDI account's username or password, or a space at
the end of one of them. I found that out the hard way; I had just pasted in
the password from the email from B&T, and was tearing my hair out because
everything looked right until I actually clicked into the password field
and saw the extra space that was at the end.

2. The vendor gave you either the wrong username or password.

3. The vendor didn't set the permissions right on the FTP folder to allow
files to be placed there.

Option #1 is probably the most likely, but I've encountered #2 and #3
before so they're certainly possible.
