[Evergreen-acq] Split PO by line items

Hi Tyler,

I have seen this error when the Host in the EDI Account has been entered as
"ftp.baker-taylor.com" instead of "ftp://ftp.baker-taylor.com." Baker and
Taylor's setup instructions do not include the "ftp://" in the host name
they tell you to enter.
