[Evergreen-acq] Receiving delayed/backordered items

It doesn't work for us generally, even on manually created invoices, not
just EDI generated invoices. It's an intermittent issue (I have screenshots
where it worked), but more often it hangs. I don't even include it in my
training because it's a landmine and embarrassing when it won't work in
front of an audience.
