[Evergreen-acq] Acquisitions in 3.8

We have a library that is considering joining our consortium.  They would
like to know what changes are coming in Acquisitions in 3.8.   I thought
the Acq meetings were recorded  but I couldn't find any recordings.  I was
going to listen to the presentation given a couple months ago.

Can anyone tell me what changes are coming in Acq in 3.8?
