[Evergreen-acq] Acquisitions in 3.8

Hi Ruth,

Here's the current roadmap for 3.8:

Right now slated for 3.8 there's the work on updating the administration
interfaces, including funds, funding sources, claiming, and distribution
formulas. (There might be one in there that I've forgotten, but those are
the biggest parts of it.)

There's also the branch for updating the Load MARC Order Records interface
that I hope to have ready for 3.8, but that's not guaranteed.

There's also Bill Erickson's work on purchase orders, but I'm not sure if
that will be aimed to go into 3.8 or not. If it does end up in 3.8, it
won't be fully featured since the ECDI is planning to contract with Equinox
to fully flesh out that interface and its functions.

Those are the big improvements that I know of that are tentatively or
firmly planned for 3.8. Hope that helps!
