[Evergreen-acq] Importing collection codes in uploaded marcs

Hi Tiffany,

I *think* this may be something that is established by the library and
configured on the vendor side, in one of those mysterious "grids". I work
for the consortia, not a library, so I don't do ordering; however, I do
have a document for one of our libraries that maps out Collection Code,
Description, Shelf Location, Item Type (Circ Modifier), and Stat Cats for
ACQ item records. This particular library uses pretty much the full extent
of ACQ and EDI ordering, in addition to a lot of custom holdings record
overlays.

I was able to find one of their on-order ACQ records showing a collection
code:

This is from a B&T order, where 949 $c is the collection code.
WHIYAF corresponds to WHI Young Adult Fiction. $f is the fund_code, $i is
the circ mod, $l is the library code, $o is the purchase_order, and the
shelving location appears in the holding record.

I think it is only communicated in the EDI messages, and
INCLUDE_COLLECTION_CODE needs to be enabled in the appropriate EDI
Attribute Sets to be included in the imported record. I have not seen
collection code values configured anywhere else in Evergreen.
