[Evergreen-acq] Importing collection codes in uploaded marcs

Hi,

I think all that is needed configuration-wise in Evergreen is for the
subfield for Collection Code to be defined in the Provider record and then
the vendor needs to place the code in the correct tag and subfield in the
bibs (typically via the ordering grid as Lindsay mentioned... I just
manually mocked up a bib record to test). When the bib records are loaded
to create a PO the collection code should automatically populate the
Collection Code field on the associated item/lineitem. I just did a quick
test on 3.6 and I'm seeing this work as I expect it to. I'm not aware of
any other configuration that is needed, but I could be missing something
too.

I can confirm that the collection code is not represented in the Holdings
Import Profile (in the Cataloging module) nor does it interact with it in
any way. When items from acq are imported into the main catalog, I don't
think the collection code is carried over; afaik it only lives in the acq
module to aid in ordering.

Thanks,
Angela
