[Evergreen-acq] Interest survey

Hi all,

At the end of the AIG meeting today, I mentioned that I would be sending
out a survey to gauge interest in topics for future AIG meetings. Behold,
that survey:

At the end I also included a question about your opinion on whether we
should record the AIG meetings or not. I also welcome suggestions that
aren't on that list, too!

I'll leave the survey open for two weeks, so that I have time to collate
the results before the next meeting in September. If anyone has trouble
accessing the form, please let me know.
