[Evergreen-acq] Deactivating EDI accounts

Hi,

We've also never really had to deal with deactivating EDI accounts, but one
of our libraries puts a "z" in front of the EDI label and Provider
name/code so they know not to use it for new orders.

example, "ingab" > "zingab"
