[Evergreen-acq] Deactivating EDI accounts

Thanks all! So glad to be on the cutting edge of this one. 😭

Here's a bug report for adding an active field on EDI accounts:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1953188

My thought on an inactive EDI account would be that both the pusher and the
fetcher would skip right over it and not check that FTP folder/site.
Obviously we wouldn't want new orders going out with an inactive EDI
account, but is there any reason that we would want to still fetch
invoices? I wouldn't really think so, I wouldn't want unexpected invoices
coming in and changing things, but maybe I'm not thinking of some use
case...
