[Evergreen-acq] Default ordering agency

Good afternoon all,

In the context of this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1287309 what are the places that
you would like to have a default ordering agency/context org unit?

The places I can think of would be:

   - Providers search
   - General search/PO search/Invoice search
   - Create Purchase Order
   - Funds/Funding Sources/Fund Tags
   - Create Invoice (as receiver)
   - Load MARC Order Records
   - All the admin interfaces that have an org selector (there were too
   many to list individually)

Second question: In all of those interfaces, would you want the same
default ordering agency? As in, if there was a library setting that defined
the Ordering Agency, would you want all those places to pick up the same
one?
