[Evergreen-acq] Fund structure

Good morning!

I'm hoping that someone out there who has done acquisitions in another ILS
other than Evergreen can help me understand this. Someone has asked me if
Evergreen has a "three tiered fund structure" and...I really don't know
what that means. How are funds handled in other ILSes that might be
considered "three tiered"? Are we "two tier" because of the layering of
funding source+fund?
