[Evergreen-acq] Fund structure

Good Morning Tiffany,

While I've never worked directly with Virtua ILS, I have been part of
implementations moving libraries from it to Evergreen. In Virtua, it's like
a tree structure (similar to what EG has in some of the Admin interfaces,
such as permission groups). An example would be the fund source at the top,
the second tier being Adult FIC, and the 3rd tier being the individual
branch fund, such as Adult FIC Branch1, Adult FIC Branch 2. This structure
may be helpful to libraries who need to breakout funding per branch, versus
a more centralized workflow. Evergreen is set up to be two tiered with the
funding source and then the individual funds. If each library was ordering
for themselves, a possible workaround would be to separate funds for each
library.

I hope this helps, and I look forward to hearing others' experiences with
their legacy ILS Acq modules.

Thank You,
Erica
