[Evergreen-acq] Fund structure

Hi Tiffany,
We work with some academic libraries on Koha that use the Acquisitions
module. In Koha, you can create the concept of a Budget, such as AV23 >
Funds, such as AV for each department > then create Sub Funds to further
specify a breakout of AV material spending. I think this is different from
a straight 3 tier structure, though, because Koha lets you continue to make
further sub funds.
