[Evergreen-acq] Linking to bib records

Hi Samantha,

The fact that the error was "attempt to query the database failed" makes me
think there was something going on server-side. So maybe partway through
the upload something happened on the server and the queue wasn't able to
finish processing.

This doesn't help in this particular situation, but here's some of the
common errors that we've seen and how to fix them:
