[Evergreen-acq] Linking to bib records

Hi Samantha,

Did she enter a new queue name during the first upload? Not having a queue
is usually the reason for being prompted with a screen that looks like the
upload screen. That's a second chance to enter a new queue name.

Another thing to look at is to Expand all the line items and check each
copy to be certain a branch is filled in. If you find some lines without
branches, go to the copy level to fill in a branch, then click Save
Changes, then Return to go back to the purchase order. Repeat as needed.

Those are the most frequent causes in our system. I hope this helps.
