[Evergreen-acq] Another bug from yesterday's mtg

Good morning all,

I remembered another bug fix that we're using here in PINES that's not done
up perfectly but gets the job done:

PO status doesn't automatically refresh on activation:

My original patch worked, but if you ever accessed the main PO via a focus
on a particular line item (like clicking the PO link on an invoice) the PO
would infinitely load over and over.

Having purchase orders reload on activation was way more important to us
than whether or not it focused on a particular lineitem, so I just locally
changed that link to go to the main PO page. So like I said in the last
comment on the bug, if there's agreement that it's no big deal if it's
focused or not, I can provide an updated patch for a real pullrequest. But
if you want to maintain that functionality, my current branch is there if
you want to pull it down and use it in your implementation without it being
in main.

This was such a big help for us that I wanted to call it out for anyone
imminently moving to 3.10 or 3.11. :)
