[Evergreen-acq] Sending only ISBN13 in EDI

I threw together a patch that *seems* like it does it? I haven't tested
extensively though--I just did one or two tests to see if it preferred the
ISBN13 when both were present, and if it chose the ISBN10 if that was all
that was available. It needs some more run-throughs and also testing to
make sure other identifiers (like UPC) aren't negatively affected.

It's loaded up on my test server now, if anyone has the time to take a look
and put it through its paces.
