[Evergreen-acq] Sending only ISBN13 in EDI

Hi Tiffany,
I did some testing on this for the UPC and found the following.
- Adding a line item to a purchase order manually: The identifier of UPC
was selected properly in the preview screen after clicking View/Place
Orders. Once added to the purchase order, however, the identifier in the
line item switched to ISBN and the value in the box was blank. The bib
record I tested with, after adding a UPC to it, was ID 13.
- Creating a PO from a file uploaded through the Load MARC Order Records
interface: This is PO 10 on your test system. The file I uploaded had 1
record with a 13 digit ISBN, one record with both a 13 digit and a 10 digit
ISBN with the 10 digit listed first in the bib, and a record with a UPC.
The 13 digit ISBNs were correctly selected in the two line items that were
created. For the record with the UPC identifier the ISBN was selected and
the box for the value just had the "Order Identifier..." text. I uploaded
this same file on a 3.9 test system and the UPC was correctly selected for
that line item.
The last line item in PO 10 (Double concerto in A minor, op. 102) was
manually added to the PO and shows that the UPC was not retained.
I am attaching the MARC file that I tested with in case anyone else wants
to give it a try. I was logged in as BR1 and used the Ingram provider.
All 3 records had a 970 field of "=970 \\$lDisplay$fJUV$oBR1$q1$p14.98."
I'll add a comment to the bug.
I hope this is helpful,
Christine
