[Evergreen-acq] Receiving items from a migrated purchase order

Hi Samantha,

We don't migrate acquisitions data so this isn't something we've come across, but I also think you need to manually change the line item status on the server (and check that the line item debits and such are all linked correctly for the line item). I don't think it's possible to fix this through the staff client.

Hope that helps,

Jennifer

Subject: [Evergreen-acq] Receiving items from a migrated purchase order

I have a question that I'm hoping someone can help with, We have a library that migrated into Evergreen a few months ago. During their migration, we moved acquisitions data, including a purchase order that was activated but not yet complete. This week they received one of the outstanding items on that PO, but they are unable to mark it received. I have tried several things, including canceling it, and I have not been able to change its status either. It is currently in a status of "New" which I know is unusual itself.

Has anyone ever experienced issues with receiving items from migrated purchase orders? My thought is to change it manually in the server, but I wanted to first make sure there isn't a solution within the staff client.

Thanks for any help or insight.
