[Evergreen-acq] Enter/Return key in Acq Search

Hello

We have a library who used to use the Enter/Return key when using the Acquisitions search.  What happens now is that when they scan the ISBN of the item, their barcode scanner performs a Enter/Return key and then the search fields collapse rather than hitting Search.  I'm able to replicate it by just hitting the Enter/Return key.  We're just trying to troubleshoot if this is intended or a bug.    I should note we are on 3.11.2.
