[Evergreen-catalogers] Automatic call number fill in

Yes, thank you Jason! I didn't realize this would be so easy to configure.
Elizabeth, at first glance one way to remove it for some libraries
would be to do what Jason suggested and remove that information just
for the generic classification scheme in asset.call_number_class.
You could then set the default class scheme to generic for libraries
that do not want to auto-populate that field and keep the default
class scheme as Dewey or LC for those libraries that do want to
auto-populate it.
If they then need to change the class scheme for a particular copy,
they can do so by making sure the class scheme is included in their
templates.
When we were discussing this yesterday, we were also thinking a nice
future enhancement would be to allow libraries to identify the format
of their call numbers by including this information in a template or
perhaps by augmenting what Evergreen is already doing with the
asset.call_number_class table.
For example, a library could say that for any fiction titles (or
perhaps for their use of the generic classification scheme), the
system should automatically generate a call number with the first
three letters of the author's last name (all caps.) For non-fiction
dewey numbers, they could continue to say to pull the Dewey number
from the 082, but also configure it to only go up to three numbers
beyond the decimal point (removing any slashes it encounters) and then
add the first three letters of the author's last name (all caps.)
