[Evergreen-catalogers] Bookwhere

Our library uses BookWhere also. However, for the last several months,
we've had trouble importing records. We've been working around the issue
by copying & pasting from BookWhere into the flat-text editor. This works
well because the formatting of the pasted text from BookWhere matches what
is used in the flat-text editor in Evergreen

Shasta, since importing from BookWhere is working so well for SCLends, I'd
be curious to know what version of Evegreen you're using.
