[Evergreen-catalogers] Adding volumes

It sounds like you maybe you used to use the Unified Volume/Copy 
editor, and now you're using the "un-unified" version. If that's your 
problem, depending on the Context, it affects all the catalogers at your 
library or in your consortium, so you might have to hammer out an 
agreement about which version to use, but you can fix it through the 
Library Settings Editor if you have the admin permissions to do so.  
Change GUI:Unified Volume/Item Creator/Editor to TRUE for your library.
