[Evergreen-catalogers] [Cataloging]: Bibliomation/MassLNC search enhancements project status?

Has anyone heard anything about this project? http://list.georgialibraries.org/pipermail/open-ils-general/2013-February/008106.html.  Does anyone know it's status? The code was supposed to be completed by the end of March 2013.
