[Evergreen-catalogers] Inventory management

Hi all, 

I'm getting a chance to look at Evergreen again this month, and was thinking about inventory management/control in Evergreen.   How do you conduct inventory using Evergreen?  What documentation do you use?  Thanks very much in advance!
