[Evergreen-catalogers] Inventory management

Hi Alex,

I haven't done much with inventory in Evergreen, but when I've received 
questions about it locally, I have pointed people to a previous general 
list discussion in which Sitka outlined a process used by one of their

nice documentation I found on this post -
