[Evergreen-catalogers] issues with spine labels

Hi,

We print our labels in Evergreen with the letters and numbers on the first
line of the spine label. Now we find labels in both styles in our stacks.

We used to use a Microsoft Word template. The letters would be on the first
line and the numbers on the second line, before the cutter. I have attached
the template.
