[Evergreen-catalogers] KPAC and authorities

Hi,

As it happens, the stock templates used by KPAC don't display subject
headings at all. Those templates do have access to the full MARC record, so
it would be possible to customize them to display subject headings based on
whatever criteria on the 6XX fields that one chooses.
