[Evergreen-catalogers] Overlay / Merge Profiles

All,

Before I tear out any more of what little hair I have left, I need help
with Overlaying bib records using MARC Batch Import/Export. My goal is to
be able to overlay an existing record that contains a 521 field, and add
one or more additional 521 fields ... or ... if no 521 field is present to
add one.

As far as I can tell from Chapter 22 of the Documentation
<http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.12/_importing_materials_in_the_staff_client.html#_staff_client_batch_record_imports>,
this is accomplished by going to:
*MARC Batch Import/Export > Merge/Overlay Profiles > Full Overlay > Add
Specification: 521*

*At this point I log off, log back in again, and attempt to do an import
using the following settings:*

*Here is the results screen following the Upload*

The record is in an import Queue but has not imported. Clicking "Import All
Records" only results in an "Import Items" screen like the "Evergreen MARC
File Upload" display. Filling this out a second time and clicking "Import"
only results in the same Queue Screen displaying. Catch 22.

What am I doing wrong? It surely must be something simple. Like, does 521
also have to be listed in "Preserve Specification"?
